today, working with the beautiful “add interval” feature, I discover that adding a perfect 5th on a Bb Dorico write an Fb. The only way to have a perfect 5th is to write “p5”.
This does not happens on other flat notes.

I see your point, but Dorico calculates intervals diatonically unless specified. Since the B-flat is not diatonic, Dorico is returning a “proportionally diatonic” interval as an answer.
