Issue: 'Arranger Editor' Window not called by Workspaces

Steps to reproduce:
edit-Create Arranger Track
edit-Press the ‘e’ Edit button on the Arranger Track header to open the ‘Arranger Editor’ Window
2.)create a workspace
3.)close the arranger window
4.)create a workspace
5.)flip between the workspaces

‘Arranger Editor’ window will not be opened and called to its Workspace saved location/size. If you open the ‘Arranger Editor’ window first, then call the workspace, it will work.

It appears it doesn’t close if it’s not part of a workspace either

By Arranger Window, are you referring to the Project Window?
