The Intensity of Event Color in the Key Editor resets to “incorrect” color after opening a new Key Editor Window

Here’s a recreation:

Create a part for each instrument track so that the starts and ends are the same (just for ease of selection

Assign a different color for each track

In Peferences go to Event Display/MIDI and set the Inactive Note Intensity slider to something on the lower end of the scale (this makes the problem more evident and easier to see, though it occurs for any position of the slider)

Click Apply and OK

Select both parts in the Project Window

Open a new Event Window

The ‘unselected part” appears a deep (read “darker”) color. The selected part, however, appears normal.

Once again go to Preferences/Event Display/MIDI. Don’t change anything here. Just click OK.

The colors for the unselected parts are changed back from the darker color to the correct color.
This behavior seems to happen when a NEW event window is open.
