Issue: Copy and Paste Not working in Mixer PC, W11

I am here talking of Ctrl C and Ctrl V, where you highlight a channel (or channels) press Control C to copy, then move to the desired channel in the Mixer and hit Ctrl V.
What is happening here is the settings do appear to transfer across (some sends) but the whole destination track is completely silent. I have checked for Mutes. Sometimes I might get one functional channel from a copied group and the rest are silent.

Is this me or can someone confirm? On PC, try copy and pasting a few channels and see if you can confirm if you be so kind

I am only on C14, but here copy and paste from one mixer channel to another works. Do you maybe have any plugins on the channel that maybe gets confused and somehow mutes the output?

I have no plugins on the tracks only sends. I can’t see any mutes. Cubase 15. PC.

I have Nuendo 14.0.41 and Cubase Pro 15.0.10 here. I just tried copying channels using Ctrl-C / Ctrl-V on both systems side by side and they behave identically. All settings, inserts, sends, etc. are copied as expected.
