Issue: Cubase 12.0.51 Channel Inserts Broken (Solved - I was being dumb :) ...)

Just upgraded to Cubase 12.0.51 and now all my channel inserts are broken

By broken I mean they look like this:

Channel Inserts

And I can not load any plugins.

This happens across different projects. This problem has never happened before.

Any idea how to fix this?

Oh wow. I have used Cubase for 26 years and never once heard of this.
