[issue] Import tracks from project without copying events still copy the events

Hello,

There’s an issue when copying a track from another project that has more than one version.
If the project i’m copying from has 2 versions for a track, when I’m importing this track to a new project (File → Import → Tracks from project) and leaving “EVENTS AND PARTS” Unselected, Cubase copies the selected track and the current version is empty (which is the correct behavior, since I didn’t select “EVENTS AND PARTS”) but it copies all the other versions WITH the audio parts and even worse, It doesn’t copy the media to the current project audio folder (Even with “COPY TO ACTIVE PROJECT FOLDER” checked). So, when I delete the audio events from the project, it goes to the pool and if I empty the pool, I’m actually deleting the original audio file from the original project. I lost some audio files doing this today until I realised that the files were not copied.

Can anyone confirm this ?

I’m on a MacMini M2Pro, Ventura, Cubase 13.02
