Issue Importing midi files

Cubase 14 is not importing midi files correctly.
Drums don’t play unless I select no map and then re select GM,
All audio connections the same Cubase 13, Nuendo 13 and Cubase 14.
When importing a midi file in C13 or N13 all midi tracks show up no midi drum map, however in C14 any track assigned to midi channel 10 shows up on GM Map and won’t output any sound unless I select no midi map.

All midi files default to open with Halion Sonic.
