Issue loading third party plug-ins in Cubase 12

I’ve just purchased Cubase 12 and started to install my third party plug-ins. The plug-ins are showing within Cubase, however you go to select one to add to a channel the software automatically closes down, followed by the standard error report. Any ideas/tips on how to resolve this?

(The plug-in in question is CLA Vocals from Waves if this makes a difference at all).

First make sure, your plug-ins are up to date, please.

Share the *.crash/dmp file, please. Most probably the crash happens in the plug-in, then you would need to get in contact with the plug-in vendor.
