Issue with Activation code

I purchased Dorico 4 today about an hour ago, and never received an activation code.

Where did you purchase it?
Which version?
Have you checked your e-mail spam folder just in case?

Sorry to hear that, David. If you have definitely not received an email confirmation from AskNet, please open a ticket with them and let us know if they are unable to resolve the issue for you.

Purchased online from Steinberg, Version 4 upgrade from V.3.5 and yes, I’ve checked my spam folder. Nothing yet.

AskNet sent me a copy of the invoice showing that I have purchased Dorico 4, but there is no Download Access Code. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but it doesn’t seem like this should be this difficult…

Thanks for your concern; it is greatly appreciated. AskNet sent me a copy of the invoice, but there isn’t a Download Access Code and apparently that’s what I need. I may be doing something wrong, but it doesn’t seem like this should be so difficult…
