Issue with Activation code

I purchased Dorico 4 today about an hour ago, and never received an activation code.

Where did you purchase it?
Which version?
Have you checked your e-mail spam folder just in case?

Purchased online from Steinberg, Version 4 upgrade from V.3.5 and yes, I’ve checked my spam folder. Nothing yet.

AskNet sent me a copy of the invoice showing that I have purchased Dorico 4, but there is no Download Access Code. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but it doesn’t seem like this should be this difficult…
