Issue with autoscroll

Ive got an issue with the continuous autoscroll feature (stationary cursor). It worked smoothly on a different PC on the exact same version, but after installing Cubase 13 on a second PC i noticed the continuous auto-scroll (with stationary cursor) is stuttering slower or faster depending on how far i am zoomed in. Only when i zoom in A LOT it becomes actually smooth scrolling. How can i fix this, or where can i find the settings for it, if there is one.

It’s difficult to tell if there is any solution since you give absolutely no details about the specs of each system.

Please provide the specs of the working system compared to the non-working system, especially graphics related.

Sry, completly forgot the system specs, so here they are:

PC1 (no issues):

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
  • GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
  • 32Gb RAM
  • 2TB SSD

Laptop (stuttering issues):

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS
  • GPU: (integrated) AMD Radeon 680M
  • 32Gb RAM
  • 1TB SSD

Hi,
please have a look at this and click on workaround instructions > AMD

Radeon’s Anti Lag function often resolves this problem.

Thanks for the help, but unfortunatly this workaround didnt work for me.
I will attach a video how it looks in cubase in case that maybe helps.

Attached is a video how it looks in Cubase.

Ive tried the workaround with Radeon Anti Lag, but that unfortunatly didnt work. This is also the only graphical/functional issue with this Cubase install.
