Issue with Chord Tabs

Hi everyone,
I’m having a problem with chord tabs.
Out of a sudden when i play the note on the keyboard it also plays the note that i’m playing.
So for example if i’m having a C major chord in D2 key, then you hit the D2 note in the keyboard, you listen the C maj chord with the D2 note playing in the background.

What did I do wrong? Can’t find anything in the settings…

I still have this problem by the way, and I haven’t found any solution so far.
Just to mention that the presets from Steinberg work without any problems. It’s when I edit the chords and I add my own I get this problem.
Could it be a bug?
