Issue with CMC TP

I recently picked up a CMC-TP unit, and so far I’m very happy with it, but a few of the features aren’t working. The forward and backward buttons (<< and >>) do nothing, though the bar (< and >) and event (|< and >|) buttons work fine. The jog and shuttle options on the touch-pad, however, not only do nothing but cause the unit to freeze on Stop. It does register a MIDI In signal, however.

I already upgraded the CMC tools and the firmware, and even tried reinstalling, but so far nothing’s worked. I’m running Cubase 6.0.7 on Windows 7. If anyone has any ideas I’d greatly appreciate it.

Could you clarify the “freezing” a little bit more? I get this freezing from time to time when i have looped a section for a while and pressing stop on the CMC-TP… i havent found it to be “that” annoying but could look into it a bit more, because nevertheless…it’s somewhat annoying :slight_smile:
