I just downloaded the upgrade from dorico 4 to 5. Somehow, when opening a file, I am on the Dorico SE version. I am sure i downloaded and installed all the programs from Dorico 5 Pro, so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.
Anyone has an idea of how to help in this case?

Run Steinberg Activation Manager and click the “refresh” button in the top right corner. Does your Dorico 5 license appear? If not, then make sure that you have actually entered the Download Access Code that was included in the receipt you received from the Steinberg Online Shop into either Steinberg Download Assistant or your Steinberg account here.
thank you very much, they were both activated so i deactivated dorico SE and it immediately worked fine. Thanks for the fast answer!
