The new project is created with song 1 and one part but without layer. When I want to add a layer, I cannot (in fact the layer is created but not displayed.
To display the layers, I have to create a global part.
Do you have Preferences/Layers/No Default Layer set?
Note that Layers (also Stacks, and Modules) of the global part have a different graphic display (shaded header).
Oh, I see…New Project after Create Global Part…certainly an unusual thing to do.
but you are correct, there is a flaw, It looks like a visual problem to me.
