Issue with Importing Tempo and Signature Tracks

I’ve been importing tempo, signature and all possible tracks back n forth between projects since Cubase introduced this option. Suddenly one day I got this problem with importing tempo and signature as displayed on screenshot. Also when importing midi/instrument tracks, midi events are mostly empty (no notes), which is very strange, especially since some of them have some notes (mostly some very close to beginning of the track).
It’s same for importing directly from other project but also from cubase archives.

I’m using latest Cubase 13.0.30 on latest Sonoma 14.4.1
I didn’t notice this problem right after updates but only yesterday so not sure if it can be related to cubase version or macOS.

I checked Cubase 12 with Sonoma 14.4.1 and there is no problem with tempo, signature or midi importing, so it has to be Cubase 13.0.30 or eventually 0.20

Still an issue on Cubase 13.0.40 and Sonoma 14.5
Any idea what that could be?

Hi,

Can you reproduce this with any project? Or only with one project? Or only with older projects?

Hi

Any project, including other projects saved with same version of Cubase, as well as importing from older projects.
I also noticed that if two projects (used one and one from which I import) have the same tempo, then there is no issue with midi, but still I can see those triangles with exclamation mark next to tempo and signature tracks as I screenshotted above.

For the summary:
13.0.20, 30 and 40 have that issue (as installed version to open projects), while opening from Cubase 12 works as normal (of course only cubase 12 or older sessions)
