Issue with layout of inserts, sends etc

Hi there

I’m currently learning how to compress however on the video it has a completely different layout. The first image is of his. The second is of mine.

Any suggestions on remedying this?

The first image is the mix console…

Hit F3 to open it. (And close it again)
