Issue with MIDI Remote / Mapping Assistant

MIDI Remote reverts to previous setting after I extend the list of parameters above 4

  1. Access MIDI Remote
  2. Edit MIDI remote using Mapping Assistant
  3. Select: selected track / Insert & strip Effect /
    Saturator / Parameters / setup /
  4. Allocate 6 parameters in Host Plug-in
    Parameter Bank Setup Dialog box.
  5. Select parameter 6.
  6. Apply the mapping.
  7. Close Mapping Assistant
  8. test the mapping worked successfully.
  9. close project & shut down Cubase.
  10. Restart Cubase
  11. Notice that the mapping for the function is now listed as ‘Parameter 4’.

This seems to happen whichever Strip effect is chosen. It seems as though the extended range of the parameters is not saved to the MIDI Remote / Mapping Assistant file.
