When inputting a new note, Dorico plays both the previous note and the new note. E.g. if I put a note to Timpani, and after that to Piccolo, Dorico plays both Timpani note and Piccolo note. I’m using the basic Halion as the sound library.
I also have this previous & current note sounding issue, both w/ HALion Sonic SE2, and also in a test using Play, w/ EW SO Gold.
On this install here, it is related to using the mouse for note input. The previous note stays selected until the new note is entered. When using the mouse input, the previous note is played, and then the new note is played.
If I use PC or MIDI keyboard, things are correct, I do not hear the previous note, only the new note.
