issue with SSL X_EQ v6

Hi

I experienced an issue (several times) :
-insert an SSL X_EQ v6 into a track
-freeze the track
-unfreeze the track ==> no sound from this track and after if you bypass the X_EQ or remove it you have the sound :cry:
I noticed it at SSL Support but I don’t know if you have this issue too or if Cubase could be responsible (probably not)

Hi,

What is the setup of the freeze? If SSL X-EQ is to only one plug-in which behaves like this, then it’s probably on SSL side.

Yes it was the only plugin of the track’s inserts
