I have Dorico 6.2.10.6080 on my iPad Air M2 and I have a subscription taken directly from the app store. The problem is that despite this subscription, Dorico does not take it into account. Even more problematic, when I click on restore purchase in Dorico, it doesn’t work. The subscription is in progress and validated on my Apple account and I am connected to my Steinberg account on Dorico. How can I fix the problem? I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it without success.
I contacted Steinberg’s support, but they sent me back to the forum.
On Apple’s side, the subscription is well taken into account. Even worse, when in Dorico I click on “subscribe”, the app store tells me that I already have a functional subscription (and restoring my purchase gives nothing).
I had the same issue. I had to go through the motions as if I’m subscribing and tapped ok. Only then did it see the subscription and the subscribe buttons disappeared. It took a bunch of tries to get it to work. The Restore Purchase did absolutely nothing. I had this happen on two iPads.
Thank you very much for your answers! By pressing subscribe several times and then the subscription I have (as described in the topic cited) the application finally recognized the subscription. You have to press many times.
