Hi

I purchased the software update, but I don’t see that it has updated. It still says Dorico 5. I have been trying to figure out the reason for a long time, and today I think I understood. Could the issue be that my computer is running macOS version 11.7.10? If it’s true what should I do?

Yes, Dorico 6 requires Monterey (12) or newer. What model is your Mac?

You should be able to update to Monterey, at least, if it is 2015 or newer.

The 6,2 MBA is either the 2013 or 2014 13-inch model.

Both of them have only 2 cores, 4Gb of RAM, and a 12-year-old CPU, so I’m surprised that you can run Dorico 5 without a struggle.
