Issues adding my VST Plugins

Hey guys-

I’m trying to add my VST plugins from Waves and having issues. I last used Nuendo but just bought Cubase 8. When I open my Plugin Information window, there is no tab with “vst plugins”, as indicated on steinberg’s website. All I have is MIDI plugins, audio codec plugins, etc. But no VST as seen here: https://www.steinberg.net/nc/en/support/knowledgebase_new/show_details/kb_show/troubleshooting-instructions-for-cubase-nuendo-and-sequel-on-windows#plugins

Can anyone tell me how to tell cubase to locate my plugins? Really frustrating

It would help anyone who try to help you if you update your profile with your equipment. MAC or PC may be important for any answer to your question.

Open the Plugin Manager not the Plugin Information window. There has been a change in the way this works, you may want to check out the manual.
