Issues Installing N5.1.1 on XP SP3

I am having issues installing N5.1.1 on Windows XP SP3. It seems that autorun is throwing exceptions.

I can post the exception after my afternoon session.

5.1.0 installed fine without any issue.

Any suggestions or comments?
