Issues with Dorico update on IPad

After updating the IPad version on Dorico there is a strange behaviour of the app. The scrolling is kind of weird and if I open the info editor , the window is far too big and can’t be scrolled anymore ( with the attached score).

I’m not sure why the Project Info dialog has stretched in Dorico for iPad, but we will fix that in an update as soon as we can.

Thanks, but will there be a fix soon? At the moment Dorico is difficult to use with this bug.

Yes, there will be a fix available soon. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The latest update is out, but this issue is still not fixed. Please, dear Devs fix it!

This fix is included in Dorico for iPad 5.1.43, which was released yesterday. The Project Info dialog is limited to 80% of the height of the iPad’s display.

It’s working on my iPad.

Still a bit difficult to touch the scroll bar (without missing and clicking outside the window, thus hiding it).

Yes, we know that it’s hard to scroll the window, and that will be improved in the next update.

For me nothing has changed with the update 5.1.34. My second screenshot was made from this version and still a big part of the window is cutted off.

@wibem1 Which iPad do you have?

I have an IPad 9.7 and 10.2 with IOS 14.7. On both devices the same issue.

It’s possible that this could be an issue due to the older version of iPadOS you are using. I know you’re not keen on updating to a later version of iPadOS due to changes in the Launchpad experience in more recent versions, but I suspect that might be a factor here.

No, it isn’t . Now I purchased a new IPad with the latest IPadOS and there are the same issues.

@wibem1 Can you provide a screenshot of the whole screen? Are you using Dorico landscape or portrait?
