Issues with upgrade from 15 artist to 15 pro

Hi Guys

Hope you can help me with this.

I have downloaded the upgrade kit of artist 15 to pro 15. Of course after I ordered it from the steinberg web site and using the registration code

After installing , when I run the Cubase 15 program , I still get the artist 15 software.

I checked , my licenses to 15 pro is ok and I already tried to uninstall Cubase and and then to install from scratch the 15 pro version but still after installation is complete when I run it I still get 15 artist software and not 15 pro

I’m using Win 11 o/s

How can fix this installation problem ?

Hello and welcome,

the Installation of Cubase is the same for each edition, it only depends on the license, so uninstalling and reinstalling won’t help you.

Did you enter the Download access code in the “Steinberg Download Assistant”?

Can you check what the license status in the “Steinberg Activation Manager” is?
