I have Asus PC with Win7 and Cubase 5 LE and I am going to buy higher version. I would like to test Cubase 7 Elements. I downloaded it from Steinberg site and installed. When I tried to open application I got information “Unknown GetInfo command received”.
I tried to find help on this Forum but it is absolutely stupid, that Company with tradition has no any support at all for their clients. I can’t test application, so I am forced to find other similar, good program visiting competitors sites where is a chance that users have a real help…
Maybe Steinberg has a such a lot of clients that a new one should be ignored.
