It seems WL 9.5.15 is the last update for me. No more spending money and nerves. No 9.5.20 or 9.5.25 or 9.5.30 I was not able to run. Scan each VST3 plug-ins for a few minutes, and each time a verdict is incompatible. Once I spent more than an hour, but did not wait to start the program. Just tired. This is some kind of bullying. I will use 9.5.15 and certainly not buy WL 10. 
Yea, they need to do something quick. It’s extremely fustrating.
