I tried to use the option to crossgrade from RX11 advanced to Spectralayers during the special offer in the Black Friday sales. I uploaded my RX11 purchase receipt as requested last week, but I haven’t heard back from Steinberg.
Steinberg lists 1-2 working days processing time, but we’re past that now. I’m a bit worried that this won’t get solved until the sales are over.
Does anybody know if the purchase is considered as being initiated on that day last week when I uploaded the documentation to Steinberg, thus making me eligible for the price offered then? If this leaves hanging for much longer, we are moving towards a bit closer to the end of the sales offer than I’d be comfortable with (I think it ends on December 5.)
No worries, I just logged into my Steinberg account and saw that the crossgrade request was approved. No confirmation email, though, so other who are possibly in the same situation would do well to just log in and check the status. The offer was approved for a month forward, so no need to worry about missing out on the sales.
