I think figured bass is really essential for the first update of Dorico!
mmh, I think the update is more or less ready, so we can happily look forward to it, but I don’t think we can influence what will be part of it at this stage 
I’m afraid that the next update will not include figured bass support, but it remains in our future plans and we will add it as soon as we can devote the necessary time to it.
