In the Japanese version, Single-note tremolo is translated as 単音トレモロ Tan’on toremoro, and Multi-note tremolo is translated as 重音トレモロ Jûon toremoro. Since these mean ‘Tremolo on a single note, not a chord’ and ‘Tremolo on a chord’ respectively, they should be translated as 1音符のトレモロ 1-ompu no toremoro and 複数音符のトレモロ Fukusû-ompu no toremoro, or similar.
