Is there a way to move quickly back and forth from the start of one flow to the start of another in Write mode? Better yet, is there a way to jump quickly back and forth between any two points in a piece (in the same flow or different flows)? DAWs usually allow jumping to markers.
No doubt this has been addressed before.

In addition to @charles_piano’s answer, you can also use the GoTo mode in the jump bar. I have J set to pull up the jump bar in Command mode and Shift+J to pull it up in GoTo mode. In that mode, you can type f1 to go to the start of the first flow, f2 for the second, etc.
