I cannot reopen my Dorico !
What to do ?
Have you already used the Download Access Code? Have you installed Dorico before?
Yes I did to start the application after paying and downloading it !I have just written to the help center and will contact them by phone…it seems i need a new DAC!
any other solution ? thank you for responding!

If that doesn’t work, pleas explain in lots of detail what steps you have done; where it goes wrong; what happens, along with any error messages.
