Just tried cubase 7.5 and have some questions before I buy!

I’ve been using cubase 7.5 for the last few days at a friends house and fell in love with it!
Everything I need in a daw in in there, just perfect!
I’ve been using logic (9 & X) and pro tools (9 & 10) for the last few years bouncing from one to the other.

But my friend told me that cubase and mac is a very bad matchup…
So, I’m not really sure I want to go back to pc and windows…
But what are the benefits of cubase + pc/windows vs mac with osx??

why would there be any benefits , same program ,just a different OS so everything is the same
