I didn’t know they actually had a Support email, (in the past ticket numbers have not been assigned) since I am from one of those countries, where the distributor is supposed to be in charge of support.

I’m so old that I can tell you how I once sent a telegram to them with my FAX number.
And they responded!!!
And I’m happy to say progress was made.
