… I ended up using the GM template for adding an external instrument in Cubase Pro 10 as no configuration exist for the Kawai MP-10 stage piano (nothing in the Internet or at the Kawai site). In fact, no Kawai instrument whatsoever is present in the list of devices in Cubase. Yamaha is very well represented in this list (I wonder why 
), and it is a bit sad that I can’t select the other banks and sounds present in my MP-10. There are so many instruments out there and this list is poor for that matter. I wonder how Cubase users cope with that.
