Edit, did a memtest and I have RAM issues. For the 5th time on this motherboard I have memory errors, after mailing in and getting replacement chips just a year ago. What are the odds?

You should check the voltage going to the ram. Might be unstable voltage.
Try the ram in only 1 slot, and test the ram sticks. You might have a bad ram slot.
Also use a blacklight and check the mobo for flux residue.
It can be the cpu, that has a bad memory controller. So by testing the ram in only one slot. You should also run cpu diagnostic.
It can be bad seated ram sticks, so re seat them and give it a try.
It can be heat over time that is killing the ram sticks.

I think it is your motherboard that is faulty, burning through so much ram. It is against the odds, getting 5 bad batches of ram in a row.

It does seem to be a single chip or two that goes bad every 6 months or so. I will see about replacing the MOBO. Thank you Reflection!
