Key Command for increase/decrease dynamic intensity not working

I understand that by programming key commands you can increase/decrease dynamic intensity. I have Control F16 set to increase, and Control F15 to decrease. But they do not function. Nada. I select the dynamic marking and nothing happens. Anyone have any thoughts? I’m on Dorico 4.3.0 on an M1 Mac. Thanks!!!

Try a different combination of keys. Some of the higher function keys can be a bit finicky.
