Key command for moving audio event up and down tracks?

Hi,

Is there a key command for moving an audio event from one track to another keeping it in the identical place?

Sorry, I don’t think so. But you could make a Macro:

  • Edit > Cut
  • Project > Select Track: Next (or Prev)
  • Edit > Paste

Then you can assign a Key Command to this Macro.

maybe paste at origin would be better to have freedom from the cursor?

Thanks guys. I’m sure I saw an engineer at a studio do this by pressing a couple of keys on his computer keyboard ?
