Key command for: "Select to Start of Flow

Hello community,

Isn’t there a key command possible for:
“Select to Start of Flow” ??? (or extend selection to start of flow)
at least there is one for “Select to End of Flow”…

Would love to have it on: “Shift+Pos1”
