Recently switched from Windows to Mac. Just upgraded to OSX 10.9.5 and when in Cubase 7.5 and I hit the F3 key instead of bringing up my mixer it shrinks the entire window back to the desktop. On checking the other Key Commands virtually none of them are controlling Cubase features. Instead they are directed to OSX features. I’m sure I’ve just over looked something but if anyone can speed up my learning curve I would be very appreciative. Tried searching the Forum with no success so I’m sure I’m using an incorrect search term or something. Love the new Mac, now just to adjust to the new parameters.
Sounds like you’re getting “Mission Control” when you click F3. You need to change the function keys by doing this:
I had the same issues here’s how to fix it see attached images and go to > system preferences > keyboard > uncheck like in the images.
