Assigned Num * to the command, audio track is armed, locaters are set a few bars apart (the between is blue), but when I hit the key nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
Are you expecting recording to start when you press the key?
It most likely just toggles the option of starting recording either at the cursor position or the left locator. You still have to “start” the recording.
