Key Commands Menu in 15 (and manuel: error)

Looking for Key Command menu - the manual online says go to EDIT and from there to key commands.

That’s for 15
but that’s not the case.

Key Commands menu item is - on the mac in any case - under the CuBase menu - not edit.

Yes, this is different on Windows and Mac.
