Key Commands menu item missing from Edit Menu in v15

Docs say it’s under Edit> Key Commands as previous versions. But I"ve scoured every menu and can’t find it in v15.0.21 Build 252 (Apple Silicon). All my keys and profile have beeen saved correctly from v14 with no intervention from me, but I need to edit a couple.

Any help appreciated.
