Key Commands - Monitor OFF instead of Toggle

Hi,

I’m trying to make a macro that duplicates a track, turns off monitoring on the previous track on turns on monitoring on the new track.

The goal is that when I’m happy with a track, I duplicate and track another one using a single command.

The fact that “Monitor” in the key commands is a toggle limits the potential of my macros. I need a “Monitor OFF” and “Monitor On” command so that when I duplicate a track, It can turn of the monitor OFF the previous track without having to use two commands.

Having a toggle would make my macro turn on monitor if it’s status is set to off when duplicating.

Any ideas? Logical Editor?

You can set it in the Logical Editor. The Action Target part would be:

Track Operation | Monitor | Disable

Works great. I don’t know why they do not include more of these already in the key commands.
