Hello.
I modified my Dorico note introduction keys in the past. Now I tried resetting them to factory defaults, but now they are totally messed up, for example:
My ALT key acts as CTRL, instead of acting as ALT, and so on.
It also works to shift down an octave, not up. Only with ALT Gr, and not with ALT.
What can I do to solve this problem?

I tried this already, but it doesn’t work.
Dorico is also detecting ALT Gr as CTRL + ALT because it changes the note an octave when I press ALT GR + Up or Down keys, I don’t know why.
What could be failing?
I think this is a Windows thing, Dorico (and some other apps) have always done that for me.
Dorico worked right for me before I changed the keys. Now, I reinstalled it, but it keeps happening. It looks like there could be a corrupt .config file or something like that. Could it be the case? Where could I find everything to fix it?
I looked into this a while back and the only way I could find was through third party apps, so in the end I stopped looking. If there is any solution to this I’d be very interested, but as far as my understanding goes this really is a Windows thing with international keyboard layouts.
