The key editor has an erase button, but Nuendo/Cubase have an Eraser tool. The addition of right-click-tool-palette is great and consistent with Nuendo/Cubase, perhaps changing the erase button to an eraser would be a good idea. It would be helpful for those coming from the DAW, and I think it makes more sense anyhow - it’s easier to use.
