When lengthening a MIDI note past the end of the event, Cubase shows a prompt whether to extend/enlarge the event. There is a “don’t show this message again” that I checked, thinking that meant Cubase would thereafter automatically extend the event. NOPE! I would prefer that Cubase automatically extend it, but if that is not possible, I’d prefer the prompt every time.
Anybody knowhow to get that prompt back? I see nothing in Preferences|Editing|MIDI pertaining to it, and couldn’t find anything in the UserPreferences.xml file either.
I’d prefer not having to do a complete reset to default settings.
