Hi! I’m currently writing something in 9/8, but when I’m going to the key editor, I see that the grouping is not correct, the medium-thick lines are every two lines (like a regular 4/4 i.e.) instead of every three lines.
Is there a way to make the grid visually to follow the metric is written?

Yes. Set up a Metronome Click Pattern:
Right click on the Ruler and enable Use Metronome Click Pattern Level for Grid Line Emphasis.

I just found out that with the red ones (as you have) the group lines and the bar lines have the same thickness, but with the green one is medium-thick.
