I bought Nuendo 5.0 + NEK for my brother a few years ago. Due to latency problems, he recently upgraded his PC from Windows XP to Windows 7. However, the software no longer reads the USB key. he has acquired a temporary license to get him going but time will soon run out on him. I’ve submitted a support case on MySteinberg but thought I would post here to see if anyone had any sugesstions.
He did register the software with MySteineberg and has an activation code which doesn’t work. He also does not connect his system to the internet for fear of viruses.
Again, any thoughts?
