I just noticed something weird. I tried this on a few different sounds, and they all gave the same results.
It seems that the key off sounds are not affected by the midi expression value.
For instance, if you play a chord with an organ sound, and then turn down the expression value (like in a fade out), and the let go off the chord, you will still get the loud “key off” sound. This is very annoying, since you can’t avoid the loud click or pop that you get when you let go of the keys on an organ sound, or many other instruments with key off sounds. I need to clarify that is the regular midi expression (CC11) that I’m talking about.
Am I the only one who noticed this?
